The clients that book this service tend to have a wedding investment of $700.00+ per guest.
To start we will have a discussion about your investment, style, and expectations. From there I will present carefully chosen vendors to you that I already know, love, and trust, and that specifically fit your individual aesthetic.
Once we lock in your major vendors, I will then create a custom blueprint that will showcase all creative decisions so that we can move on to booking vendors that can help us pull off our unique design.
During our time together, I will assist you in booking room blocks, creating and delivering guest welcome bags, provide guidance on obtaining your marriage license, and so much more.
Once your wedding weekend is here I will help direct a 1 hour rehearsal, and then on the day-of my team and I will be present from the moment your first vendor arrives until the last one leaves.

Please Note: Wedding Rehearsal Direction and Coordination is included in all Full Service and Custom Wedding Coordination packages, but Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, and Farewell Brunches are a recommended add on!
Whether you have already hired us to coordinate the wedding day, or you are the fiance's family looking to plan a celebration of your own, we are here to help you every step of the way! From the beginning, we will help with everything from researching venue locations, creating a design and menu that won't clash with the wedding day, to managing the appropriate timing and logistics for paper goods.
This is such a special time for all parties involved, but can also be a stressful one - allow us to alleviate that stress by joining you in this season and being a neutral sound board and professional guide allowing you to live in the moment and enjoy the occasion.

Consultations begin at $200 for the 1st 2 hours (can be broken up into two sessions)
